Weather

People who have not yet personally experienced the beauty and wonder of the Pacific Northwest often falsely believe that it rains here all the time. In fact, the area enjoys a mild climate with less rain than many other metropolitan cities. Atlanta, Houston, Boston, and Washington D.C., for example, all typically have more rainfall each year than Seattle. Furthermore, our climate does not fluctuate with the seasons as much as many other cities.
