Renton Area Commuter Park and Ride Lots (and Garages)

The Renton area has several free Park and Ride lots and parking garages for weekday commuters' use.  Most of these lots are privately owned and have agreed to allow King County Metro Transit to make these lots available during weekdays for commuters to use. 

King County Metro Transit has information about Park and Rides and transit services on the King County web site.  The King County web site also features a table listing park and ride lots in SE King County.

Park and Ride locations and capacity:

Fairwood Assembly of God - 13120 SE 192nd Street - 25 spaces

Kennydale United Methodist Church - 3005 Park Avenue North - 50 spaces

Nativity Lutheran Church - 140th Avenue SE & SE 177th Street - 49 spaces

New Life Church at Renton - 152nd Avenue SE & Renton-Maple Valley Road (SR 169) - 25 spaces

Renton City Municipal Garage - 655 South 2nd Street (floors 5-7) - 150 spaces reserved from 5:00am to 11:00pm and limited to stalls 412-562.

City View Church - Hardie Avenue SW & SW Langston Road - 72 spaces

* Renton Fred Meyer - 365 Renton Center Way (located on Hardie Avenue SW) - 21 spaces

* Renton Highlands Park & Ride - 2516 NE 16th Street - 146 spaces

* Renton Transit Center Park & Ride Garage (Metropolitan Place Apartments' parking garage) - 232 Burnett Avenue South - 150 spaces

* South Renton Park & Ride - 205 South 7th Street - 373 spaces 


* Note: the lots that have asterisks are filled to or above 90% by 9:00 a.m. on weekdays.
