Day Camp Programs

Renton offers children of all ages and interests a variety of summer camp opportunities. Review the information below to learn about the fun and positive camps for kids ages 3-15. Click the link to the right for a complete list of programs in our Day Camp brochure. Please complete a day camp registration form for each child and return it to the day camp staff on the first day of camp.  For more detailed information, download a parent manual.

Itty Bitty Camp

Children, ages 3 to 5, will enjoy this half-day camp of arts and crafts, games and special events at North Highlands Neighborhood Center. Camp hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Each camper will receive a t-shirt. Payment is due in full at time of registration. There is a $30 per week, per child withdrawal fee. 

• Ages: 3 to 5 years
• Time: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm or 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
• Location: North Highlands Neighborhood Center (NHNC)- 3000 NE 16th Street

Sum-R-Craze Day Camp

Experience summer with amazing games, swimming, songs, field trips, arts and crafts and more! Register for either the Renton Community Center site or the Highlands Neighborhood Center site. In addition to theme-based field trips, each week will be highlighted by a trip to the Henry Moses Aquatic Center. A $60 per week, per child, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve a spot. Each camper will receive a t-shirt.

• Ages: 6 to 11 years (must have completed kindergarten)
• Time: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Camp core hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
• Location: Highlands Neighborhood Center (HNC) - 800 Edmonds Avenue NE
  or
  Location: Renton Community Center (RCC) - 1715 Maple Valley Highway

Kidz Kaleidoscope Day Camp

Kidz Kaleidoscope is a colorful, fun-filled day camp program that offers a variety of structured activities, games, crafts, trips, songs, new friends and much, much more! In addition to theme-based field trips, each week will be highlighted by a trip to the Henry Moses Aquatic Center. A $40 per week, per child, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve a spot. Each camper will receive a t-shirt.

Renton Teen Camp

Teen camp in Renton is back and better than ever! We will venture far and wide around the Sound to educate, explore, and entertain our teen campers. Staff from last year is returning with new trips and crafts to make camp a great experience for returning campers as well as first timers. In addition to theme-based field trips, each week is highlighted by a trip to the Henry Moses Aquatic Center. Each camper will receive a t-shirt. Payment is due in full at time of registration. There is a $60 per week, per child withdrawal fee.

• Time: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Core hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
