We invite you to contribute your unique talents and energy toward providing a richer quality of life for your community. The Volunteer Program provides a broad source of expertise, talent, and people power for City programs, as well as an avenue for residents to participate in their local government.

City of Renton Volunteer Opportunities - Upcoming one time events - Fall Green & Clean.  On-going opportunities are Renton Youth Council (RYC) just for teens, Youth basketball coaches and many other opportunities within different departments of the City.

Just download a volunteer application so we can contact you when there is an opportunity that matches your interests. Volunteers under the age of 18 years old who are not accompanied to a project or program by an adult/guardian must have a waiver filled out by an adult/guardian.  Download a parent/guardian waiver form.  For more information contact Teresa Nishi at 425-430-6694 or email

If you did not find an opportunity to volunteer on the City of Renton list then check out the Community Volunteer Opportunities.
