Burnett Linear Park is a unique 1.21 acre park that runs between the divided lanes of Burnett Avenue South.
A 10-foot wide promenade sidewalk, completed in 2007, connects the south half with the north half of the park.
Large London plane trees provide shade for the play equipment, six picnic tables, and a plaza. The southern plaza showcases the Equii iron horse sculpture of welded steel rods that was created by a humanities class at Renton Technical College.
'Healthy WA - Roadmap to Recovery' Phase 1: In both parks and on trails, YOU ARE REQUIRED to follow recommended COVID-19 protocols for social distancing, GATHERINGS of 10 people or less, limit 2 households, face coverings and proper hand washing.
