After you have completed your online return, you will be required to pay your taxes online. You have the option of paying with either:
• ACH – you can enter your bank account number and routing information to make a one-time payment. Payments made with credit cards will be charged a fee of 1$ per transaction.
• Credit Card – you can enter your credit card information for a one-time payment. Payments made with credit cards will be charged a fee of 3% of the transaction amount, which will be charged to the credit card.
Please note in addition to the fees listed above there will also be added a $4 fee for each city you are completing a filing for on FileLocal. For questions related to the fees please visit the FAQ section of FileLocal.
