Renton Responds Flash PageRenton Responds is the city's quick and easy way for residents to report non-emergency services requests and quality-of-life issues issues.

For emergencies, dial 911.

Requests can be submitted either from this page or by downloading and installing the Renton Responds app for Apple or Android devices.

The app is available from the Apple Store (Apple) and Google Play (Android).

Using Renton Responds

Here's a short video on how to use the Renton Responds app.

App Submission

On-site use of the app allows automatic geo-locationing and the ability to upload a photo.

A request can be submitted by either creating an account, which allows the city to keep you informed on the status, or anonymously.

Online Submission

Requests can be submitted from the form below. Simply click the category and follow the instructions. If the map is showing, click the three circles on the right side of the header to access the reporting window.

Requests are monitored during normal city business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A request can be submitted by either creating an account, which allows the city to keep you informed on the status, or anonymously.

After Submission

When submitted, the service request directly goes to the appropriate city division for review and response. When submitting a request, you also have the option to create an account to receive updates and track status.

The time to resolution may vary depending on the type of request and request volume. By proceeding with this program, you acknowledge that the time to resolve your request is not guaranteed. If you do not agree, do not submit a request.
