Modified Hearing Schedule Effective May 11, 2020
Due to the current public health emergency, all hearings will be held virtually through the Zoom Meeting App until further notice. Virtual hearing notices will be mailed to all participants involved. If you have an upcoming hearing and have not received your virtual hearing notice, please contact the court for meeting login assistance.

Passport Processing Suspended
Passport processing has been suspended and will not resume until the public health emergency is over. Please do not contact the court requesting passport application appointments.
Court Modifications and Orders
A complete list of court modifications is detailed in the Administrative Order signed Presiding Judge Terry L. Jurado on June 17, 2020 and Jury Trial Addendum to the Emergency Order signed on September 11, 2020. On September 10, 2020 the Washington State Supreme Court issued the Order Extending Excluded Period in Calculating Time for Trial, and Adopting Related Emergency Measures No. 25700-B-642 which outlines court operations for Civil and Criminal matters due to the continuing public health crisis.
Community Court
Judge Kara Murphy Richards will host a Renton Municipal Community Court Informational Forum via Zoom on Tuesday, March 2, from 7-8 p.m. Active participation is limited to the first 50 individuals to register. The forum will also stream on YouTube. Attendees can get questions and concerns answered, and court staff will explain how the community can get involved.
