Join us to find out how you can learn to breathe, stretch, regain strength, and maintain balance.  Using a combination of stretch bands, lightweight weights, and low-impact aerobics.  As an added benefit: socializing comradery.  Your speaker and instructor, Steve Schmidt, has provided fitness exercise routines at the Don Persson Renton Senior Activity Center since 2016, and the YMCA and at assisted living facilities in Renton since 2001.

Identifying and Avoiding Scams

Time: 11 a.m.

Seniors are also more likely to be suffering from declining cognitive skills, making them even more vulnerable to fraud and manipulation.
