City of Renton to host 50+ Senior Resource Expo

Event will feature programs and services available to Renton residents 50 and older

RENTON, WA - The City of Renton will host their annual 50+ Senior Resource Expo on Saturday, Oct. 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Renton Senior Activity Center, 211 Burnett Ave. N.

The event is free and registration is not required. A light lunch will be provided from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Over 40 vendors will be on hand to explain programs and services designed to help Renton area seniors improve their health, quality of life and independence. There will be presentations on estate planning, fraud protection, emergency preparedness, housing, transportation, Medicare and more.

Free transportation is available for Renton residents. Call Hyde Shuttle at 206-727-6262 for information.

The 50+ Senior Resource Expo is sponsored by the Renton Senior Activity Center.
