Input needed on South Seventh Street Commuter Project

The city has submitted a grant application to King County to fund the South Seventh Street Corridor Improvement Project. The project will build a multi-use trail on the north side of the street, between Shattuck Avenue South and Burnett Avenue South, and make improvements to multiple intersections along the corridor, between Naches Ave SW and Shattuck Avenue South, to improve traffic flow and access.

Feedback from the community is vital in order to secure the funding. The proposed improvements will make it easier for people who currently use transit and encourage new transit riders to access local destinations and regional trails that extend to Lake Washington, the Puget Sound and beyond.
