Community & Economic Development Construction Projects
1. Sunset Lane NE
On-going Street Closure (City of Renton Resolution No. 4446). FULL STREET CLOSURE on Sunset Lane NE between NE 10th Street and Harrington Place NE in support the Solera Development Project (LUA20-000305). Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Brad Stocco, 425-282-2373.
2. NE 12th Street
Monday, November 27 through Friday, December 1, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Intermittent lane closure on NE 12th St and Jefferson Ave NE for utility installation. Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Brad Stocco, 425-282-2373.
3. Lincoln Ave NE
Monday, November 27 through Friday, December 1, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Intermittent lane closure on Lincoln Ave NE at the 4100 block. Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Kip Braaten, 206-503-1749.
4. Kirkland Ave NE
Monday, November 27 through Friday, December 1, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Road closure on Kirkland Ave NE between NE Sunset Blvd and NE 12th St for utility installation. Detour route will be provided. 5. NE Sunset Blvd
Monday, November 27 through Friday, December, 1 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Intermittent lane closure on NE Sunset Blvd between Edmonds Ave NE and Kirkland Ave NE for construction work. 6. N 33rd Place
Monday, November 27 through Friday, December 1, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Intermittent lane closure on N 33rd Pl for construction work. Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Pat Decaro, 425-207-6013.
7. S Grady Way
Monday, November 27 through Friday, December 1, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Intermittent west bound lane closure on S Grady Way at Williams Ave S for construction work. Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Tom Main, 206-999-1833.

9. Park Ave N
Monday, November 27 through Friday, December 1, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Intermittent lane closure on westbound Park Ave N at Logan Ave N for construction work. Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Joel McCann, 425-757-9595.
10. Williams Ave S
Monday, November 27 through Friday, December 1, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Southbound travel and parking lane closures on Williams Ave S between S 2nd and S 3rd Streets for construction work. Public Works Transportation Projects
11. Rainier Ave S Project - SW Victoria St and Hayes Pl SW
SW Victoria St and Hayes Pl SW will be closed intermittently during the day and night through December 1 to allow for the installation of vaults and the joint utility trench. The closures will not be concurrent, and the surrounding property owners and businesses will be notified with a hand-delivered flyer. Questions may be directed to Michelle Faltaous, 425-757-1982.

- Monday, November 27 to the morning of Friday, December 1: Up to two lanes of southbound I-405 from I-90 to 112th Avenue Southeast, including the right lane of eastbound I-90 to the southbound I-405 right lane, will be closed nightly, from 10 p.m. – 5 a.m.
- Friday, December 1 to the morning of Sunday, December 3: The two left lanes of southbound I-405 from SR 167 (milepost 0) to I-5 (milepost 2.49) will be closed nightly, from 9:30 p.m. – 2 a.m.
- Friday, December 1 to the morning of Sunday, December 3: The right lane of southbound I-405 from SR 167 (milepost 0) to I-5 (milepost 2.49) will be closed nightly, from 2 a.m. – 4:30 a.m.
- Monday, November 27 to the morning of Friday, December 1: Up to two lanes of southbound I-405 from Sunset Boulevard Northeast (milepost 3.36) to Talbot Road South (milepost 2.76) will be closed

- Friday, December 1 to the morning of Sunday, December 3: Up to two lanes of northbound I-405 from SR 181 (milepost 2.19) to SR 169 (milepost 4) will be closed nightly, from 9 p.m. – 1 a.m.
- Friday, December 1 to the morning of Sunday, December 3: Up to two lanes of northbound I-405 from the northbound I-5 off-ramp (milepost 0.48) to the Exit 4 off-ramp (milepost 3.36) will be closed
nightly, from 1 a.m. – 5 a.m.
- Monday, November 27 to the morning of Friday, December 1: Up to two lanes of northbound I-405 from SR 169 (milepost 3.99) to Sunset Boulevard Northeast (milepost 5) will be closed nightly, from 11:15 p.m.– 4:15 a.m.
- Monday, November 27 to the morning of Friday, December 1: Up to two lanes of northbound I-405 from Southeast Eighth Street to Northeast Fourth/Eighth Street will be closed nightly, from 9 p.m. – 4:30 a.m.
- Tuesday, November 28 to the evening of Thursday, November 30: The right shoulder of the Sunset Boulevard Northeast on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed during the day from 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
