Renton River Days returns on July 21 - 23

Renton River Days, our annual family festival and community celebration, returns on July 21 - 23, 2023, with three days of family-oriented events and activities.

Activity Zone

The Activity Zone will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. The Zone will have fee-based and free activities for everyone. Fee-based activities require a wristband, which can be purchased at rentonwa.gov/register. Use the Keyword "Zone". Wristbands are $10 daily or $25 for all three days. Presale wristbands are available. Use the Keyword "Zone".

Parade Application

Applications are being accepted for participation in the Renton River Days Parade, sponsored by Brotherton Cadillac.

The parade is Saturday, July 22, at 10 a.m. on S 3rd Street through downtown. The theme is “Where Community Grows.”

All entries should represent the family, child, and senior-friendly nature of the Renton River Days Festival. The application has all the details.

2023 Summer Bazaar

Vendor applications are being accepted for the 2023 Summer Bazaar.

The Summer Bazaar, formerly Renton River Days Art Market, will use the same format as the Holiday Bazaar. It will be indoors at the Renton Community Center

Community Booths

Applications are being accepted for Community Booth participation! Qualifying organizations must be a non-profit. All participating Community Booths are required to provide an activity that represents families, children, and senior populations.

Thursday, July 20

Picnic on the Patio

Ages 50+ will enjoy a traditional BBQ Picnic Lunch and a special guest entertainer "The King of Rock and Roll" . The special luncheon is part of the 38th annual Renton River Days Festival and will be held at the Don Persson Senior Activity Center.

5:30 to 8:30 p.m. - Lucky Duck Poker Walk & Pub Crawl, organized by Renton Downtown Partnership

7 to 9 p.m. - Beer and Wine Garden at the Pavilion Event Center

7:30 to 9 p.m. - Music performance by the Hipsters at Piazza Park

9:30 p.m. - SkyElements Drone Show, Piazza Park. Aerial drone show over downtown Renton

Saturday, July 22

Pancake Breakfast, organized by Renton Lions Club

5K & 10K Fun Walks on the Cedar River Trail. Organized by Volkssport Interlaken Trailblazers.

Downtown

10 - 11 a.m. - Parade on S 3rd Street

3-on-3 Basketball Tournament

All-Ages Activities. Free and pay-to-play  activities for youth to adults.
