Artist Sunday

Next date: Sunday, November 29, 2026 | 12:00 PM

Artist Sunday is a nationally recognized day dedicated to supporting artists and encouraging people to purchase art directly from creators. This year, we’re celebrating Renton’s creative community by making it easier than ever to discover and shop local.

Here's how you can participate:

• Buy local art. Looking for a unique holiday gift? Check out our local art guide to discover Renton-area artists, explore their work, and find out where to buy art directly from the makers. It's a great way to find one-of-a-kind gifts while supporting local artists!
• Visit a local art market. Join us at Perfect Fit Framing at 309 S 3rd St. on Sunday, November 29, from 12-5 p.m. for an art market featuring local artists all under one roof. It's a great opportunity to meet artists, discover something new, and find a special piece to take home.
• Explore local art events. We'll be sharing a guide to open studios and other art events happening around Renton in honor of Artist Sunday. Keep an eye out for opportunities to connect with artists and experience the creativity happening throughout our community.
• Spread the word. Share your favorite local artists, tell a friend about an upcoming event, or introduce someone new to Renton's arts scene.
