The applicant, Unico Properties, is requesting a Hearing Examiner review of the Master Plan and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) to develop the Longacres Campus into a mixed-use development as part of the Longacres Master Plan and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) Scoping.
The Longacre Site totals approximately 158 acres and includes approximately 850,000 square feet of existing office space, maintenance buildings, and landscaped area.
