Solera and Astra Apartments Grand Opening & Vendor Fair

The grand opening of Astra and Solera Apartments will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2-6 p.m. to celebrate the completion of Astra and Solera apartments. Together, these adjacent communities bring nearly 600 new apartment homes to the Renton Highlands area—helping Renton's growing population and housing needs. This is an opportunity to highlight the project, showcase the property for future tenants, and connect tenants and future tenants with resources available in the area.

The event will feature a keynote speech and ribbon-cutting ceremony with Renton Mayor Armondo Pavone. The event will include guided property tours for prospective renters, food, entertainment, and community booths showcasing local businesses from the surrounding community. 

In partnership with DevCo Residential Group, City of Renton Community & Economic Development Department, Evergreen Impact Housing Fund.
