Before the first Renton City Council meeting of 2026, attend a swearing-in reception for our recently re-elected councilmembers who will be serving their next four-year term: Councilmember James Alberson, Councilmember Carmen Rivera, and Council President Ruth Pérez.
The reception will be held at 6 p.m. in the 7th Floor Conferencing Center at Renton City Hall. Following the reception, the official swearing-in will be held during the council meeting at 7 p.m.
