In this session of Empowering Leaders, participants will explore how building the right inner circle strengthens leadership effectiveness and expands influence. Leaders will learn to intentionally surround themselves with people who bring complementary strengths, wisdom, and perspective. A strong inner circle includes individuals who are trustworthy, capable, honest, and committed to the mission.
This workshop will also help leaders identify the roles that key people play in their leadership journey—from trusted advisors and strategic thinkers to encouragers and challengers who speak the truth when it matters most. When leaders invite the right people into their circle, they gain insight, accountability, and support that helps them make better decisions and lead with greater clarity.
Great leaders do not try to do everything themselves. They build strong circles that multiply their impact and move the mission forward together.
