Due to high temps and very hot working conditions predicted for Tuesday, July 21 and Wednesday, July 22 Republic Services will start collecting residential waste one hour early. Customers with garbage, recycling, or food & yard waste service on Tuesday and Wednesday should put their carts out by 6 a.m.
Water quality at Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park has improved allowing the beach to reopen. While low bacteria counts do not guarantee complete safety, current conditions meet public health guidance for reopening. Please continue to enjoy the beach responsibly and stay informed on current conditions.
