Southbound I-405 Weekend Closure: September 25-28

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) will close southbound Interstate 405 from Coal Creek Parkway SE (Exit 10) to North 30th Street (Exit 6) from 11:30 p.m. Friday, September 25, to 4 a.m. Monday, September 28.

During the closure, crews will excavate drainage crossings, complete full pavement replacements and a traffic switch as part of the I-405/Renton to Bellevue Widening and Express Toll Lanes Project. Southbound detour signs will be in place.
