Project Overview

The project will complete the previous curb and sidewalk replacement and pavement overlay, relocate a storm water line, and add a raised intersection at SE 5^th and SE 6^th streets with bulb out corners in the Maplewood Glen neighborhood.

This project is funded from the city’s Sidewalk Rehabilitation and Replacement Program.

Project Status

November 17, 2025: Construction contract awarded to Active Construction, Inc.

Construction is anticipated to begin Late 2025 or early 2026.
