Dragon's Landing Costume Tournament

Join us for the Dragon Day Costume Contest at the magical Dragon’s Landing event in Renton!

Whether you’re a mighty dragon, a brave knight, or a whimsical creature from a mythical realm, we want to see your most enchanting costumes! Show off your creativity, craftsmanship, and fantasy flair as you compete for fabulous prizes in these exciting categories:

• Best Overall: The most outstanding costume of the day, judged on creativity, craftsmanship, and overall wow factor.
• Best Youth Costume (Under 18): Celebrating our youngest adventurers and their imaginative creations.
• Best Adult Costume (18+): For the grown-up who fully committed to the fantasy—bringing creativity, detail, and a touch of magic to life.
• Best Group Costume (2+ people): For the most dynamic duo or legendary group bringing a shared vision to life.

Prizes will be awarded for each category, including trophies and special giveaways. All participants will receive a commemorative ribbon or small gift! Plus, a group photo opportunity for everyone to remember the magic!

How to enter

Sign up on-site at the Info Tent at the Main Entrance no later than 2:00 p.m. The contest will begin at 2:30 p.m. from the Fire Breath Stage. Show off your best fantasy-inspired attire and compete for prizes!
