Crime Mapping

The Renton Police Department partners with CityProtect to provide a visual overview of neighborhood crime. CityProtect functions best in modern browsers like Google Chrome.

Use the link below to access the City of Renton Police Department (WA) agency page in the CityProtect directory:

  • To customize the information shown, click the "Incidents" tab in the upper left corner, then select "Filters".
  • Choose your preferred date range, specific days of the week, time range and types of incidents, then click the "See Results" button.
  • The crime map will display aggregated dots or clusters that indicate areas with incidents matching your search.
  • To view detailed information about each incident, click on a specific incident icon or select the corresponding label in the left-hand sidebar.
  • Users can register to receive notifications about incident updates.
