The City of Renton Emergency Management division is currently monitoring the atmospheric river event and potential impact to the Cedar River and surrounding low-lying areas. Text updates are available through Alert Renton for emergency notifications. Monitoring updates will be posted to rentonwa.gov/emergencyinfo and shared on city social channels as available.
Join the Renton Downtown Partnership (RDP) at their “Empower Meeting” event. Guest speakers from the Washington Small Business Development Center and Puget Sound Energy will be there to inform small businesses of the resources available to them. A mixer will be immediately following and the first drink is on RDP!
