In this session of Empowering Leaders, participants will explore how connection strengthens influence and creates trust within a team. Leaders will learn the importance of listening, showing empathy, and meeting people where they are. When leaders take the time to understand the motivations, challenges, and strengths of those they lead, they create an environment where people feel seen, valued, and motivated to contribute.
