The Communications & Engagement Division focuses on telling the stories that support seven brand pillars (Economic Opportunity, Culture & Diversity, Livability, Customer Service, Internal Culture, Public Safety, and Good Governance). The division supports citywide communication efforts through digital marketing, social media, printed marketing materials, engagement, media relationships, and video content on Channel 21.
