Our Information Technology (IT) Division makes sure city employees have the tools they need to serve you effectively. From computers and software to secure networks and reliable communication systems, we keep technology running so city services stay productive and creative for the community.

One of our main goals is to support every department with the right technology—whether that’s helping with internal systems or providing public services like publicly accessible Wi-Fi at community centers and parks. We work behind the scenes to keep systems updated, protect your data, and use new technologies like Artificial Intelligence responsibly and safely to improve city services.

Our technology teams

Infrastructure & Security

Maintains the city’s networks, servers, and cloud systems so they’re reliable 24/7. Protect city data through constant monitoring and quick response to security issues.

 

Applications

Manage more than 200 applications that help run city services—from finance and HR to permitting, recreation, and public safety.

GIS & Data

Keep detailed maps and data about city properties, zoning, and more. Some of this information is available to the public through maps and dashboards that promote transparency.

 

Client Technology Services (CTS)

Client Technology Services team provides end point technical support to city employees, making sure their technology works smoothly.

 

Administration

Leadership and administrative staff keep everything organized and the city’s vision moving forward.
