The City Clerk Division preserves the city's official records and maintains and provides accurate and timely information through various media formats to meet the needs of city officials, the community, and city departments.

The city's Emergency Management Division helps the community prepare for disasters, promoting self-sufficiency and resilience for effective response and recovery.
