School is out and free summer meals are back!

We’re teaming up with the Renton School District to offer free meals!
The Renton Parks and Recreation Department is offering free activities at Heritage Park, Kiwanis Park and Sunset Neighborhood Park from 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Our goal is simple: to help Renton kids stay active, healthy, and well‑fed even when school is out. Additional sites may be available at later times in the summer.

The 2026 Summer Meal Program for the Greater Renton Area includes FREE meals and also recreation activities and entertainment.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Everyone welcome, ages 1–18.
  • No registration required.
  • Served Monday–Friday (unless noted).
  • Meals must be eaten onsite.
  • No meals served on July 2 & 3.

Please note that serving times and locations may change. For additional information and updates to meal locations and times, call 425–204–3545 or check the Renton School District information page
