The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) will close northbound Interstate 405 from North Southport Drive/Sunset Boulevard NE (Exit 5) to Coal Creek Parkway SE (Exit 10) from 11:30 p.m. Friday, August 7, to 4 a.m. Monday, August 10.
During the closure, crews will pave, excavate drainage crossings and complete a traffic switch as part of the I-405/Renton to Bellevue Widening and Express Toll Lanes Project. Detour signs will be in place.
