Important Note: Utility work associated with a building permit is reviewed, approved and inspected concurrently with the building permit. All submittal requirements are included in the construction permit packet. Please do not submit for separate permit unless instructed by the city.

Enter the address or parcel number in the search bar located at the top right of CORMaps. Then, click "Zoom to Parcel" in the left panel.
In the lower left of CORMaps, click on "Layers" and turn on the "Districts and Boundaries" option. This will display two layers: "Wastewater Service Areas" and "Water Service Areas," which identify the utility service districts across the city.
Area Right-click on the parcel and select "What’s Here." In the left panel, choose "Wastewater Service Areas," "Water Service Areas," or "City and County Boundary" to determine the relevant service area.
If the City of Renton is listed as the provider for water or sewer, or as the "jurisdiction" for stormwater utility services, proceed to the utility service tabs on the City of Renton Utility Permit webpage.
